Use the rule in Braille Formats.
[u]Reminder[/u]: The new 2011 Braille Formats goes into effect for new projects started after Jan. 1, 2013 and after that date, it is required. It is recommended, but NOT required, that NEW projects started now be transcribed also with the new Formats.
