My question is, when there is a caption followed by a source citation does the source citation still get followed by a blank line if the format following the caption with source citation does not require a blank line before ie. a tabbed paragraph?
My answer (I copied your main question from the attachment): Yes. The source still requires a blank line following it if it is followed by a paragraph.
