Need information on how to do braille after release

After reading John Romeo’s article on the transition of inmates to society and continuing to produce braille is totally accurate. I have been trying to establish contacts for 5 months now and have gotten nowhere. I have talked to a couple of places and even filled out the tax forms they emailed me; all with no call back. I do not have a business license and wonder if that may be the reason.  I have six certificates including Nemeth and US and Canada UEB Proficiency. I have no idea what to make as my rates and that cost me one contract. What other avenues do you suggest I take to procure a job or contracts in transcribing braille. Can you help me in furthering my endeavors?
