publisher issues

I am working on my manuscript and have a question about which publisher to use on the title page. It shows just Harper but also HarperCollins Publishers. I know I would put New York, NY with the HarperCollins, but do I just put New York with Harper, as shown on the one side of the title page? A bit confused...Harper or HarperCollins Publishers?

Since the page with all the information on it says HarperCollins Publishers, that is what I would use.
