We are conflicted as to whether the trial manuscript requires a book with an ISBN number. Under 19.2 it states: "The Library of Congress requires that the certification manuscript be brailled using literary style pagination and that the title page contain the following information listed in the following order:" and ISBN is listed. However, it is not listed under lesson 20. We are not sure if the note in 19.2 is stating the order of the title page or stating the ISBN requirement for the manuscription. Could someone clarify, please? Thank you!

    Hi Brandi,

Lesson 19 pertains to how and where the information should be brailled.
Lesson 20 contains instructions for creating and submitting the manuscript.
I'm sorry but I really can't help you more than that.
I would not want to give you any incorrect information.
Any specific questions regarding the submittal of the manuscript should be directed to Jennifer Dunnam.
She oversees the Manuscript submittals and grading.
Her contact information can be found on the web site for The National Federation Of The Blind.
