ModeratorSorry for the delay. I converted the images to PDFs, maybe that will do the trick.

ModeratorFor what it is worth, one way I think about this situation is "How can I be most consistent [in a world where print is notoriously inconsistent]?" For me, that usually means the following 3 things:
Always let punctuation be included in the effect of a typeform word indicator.
When a typeform terminator is needed at the end of a "typeformed" passage, put the terminator after punctuation UNLESS what's "typeformed" is a title (because titles are really specific serieses of words, which do not include ending punctuation).
Try my best while also knowing that my proofreading and or audience will have a different perspective and will likely find at least one typeform application that should be changed.
So, I would apply the typeforms as illustrated in the following pictures (also in the attached BRF).

ModeratorThanks for waiting for our reply! Surprisingly, this took a fair amount of doing, but we found a UEB chart in BRF. The Duxbury chart isn't available in braille, but Aroga has one that is organized by category rather than alphabetically. Here is the link to it, which we hope works for you. Aroga UEB chart.brf

ModeratorHi, Michelle
There definitely should be a chart and the committee is working on how we can help you with that. We will get back to you soon.

ModeratorAfter reviewing your question and example, we would like to direct you to the IPA Braille (International Phonetic Alphabet) code. A PDF with a list of braille symbols can be found at http://www.iceb.org. We hope that you will find this information very helpful.

ModeratorHello Lynna,
Yes, from the description of your material, the previous advice would also apply to your material. It sounds like Christina's second example is very similar to your material.
Hope this helps.

ModeratorHello, Ronnie
You've posed a very interesting question regarding sidebar material within line numbered text. I'm not sure if you meant to pose this question to the Literary Committee, since it is a formatting question. It would be better to address the question to the Formatting Committee.
I would like, however, to offer the following:
Based on the question, that if the sidebar material is going to be transcribed within the body of the lined numbered text, then the two cells at the right margin should be followed.
Braille Formats:
15.3.1f. Resume using the full width of the line after the completion of the line-numbered text.
g. A transcriber’s note can extend to the right margin when placed before the beginning of, or following the end of, the line-numbered text.
Also, assuming the sidebar material is being placed in a box.
Braille Formats:
7.3.3 Start the top and bottom box lines at the left margin and extend them across the full width of the braille page, regardless of the width of the print box. The width of the braille page is dependent upon the format of the material being transcribed.
I still suggest consulting the Format Committee on this issue.
