I am preparing a book that has an introduction written by someone other than the author. This introduction also has its own copyright.  How do I handle this on the title page? In print the title page shows the authors name and underneath says, "Introduction by ..."

This book is also a special 60th anniversary edition. I have found in Braille Formats 2.3.4 instruction to put this information on a new line following the title, and also see in a sample where this information was put on the same line as the title with a semicolon separating them. Which do is correct?

Thank you so much for your help with this!

This information would not be placed on the title page.  The introduction is probably on one of the print pages, right?  The source information could go there.
