I don't believe there is provision in Nemeth for dividing words connected by a slash. The symbol used for a slash in Nemeth is defined in the Nemeth Code as a sign of operation (even though it looks like the literary symbol). Bring the entire expression down to the next braille line. Remember that there are no contractions in words adjacent to a slash.
