The grouping symbols (angle brackets) are not part of the web address so would not be done in CBC. If your base code is Nemeth, use the grouping symbols from that Code. If literary is your base code, use the Braille Formats symbols. The begin CBC would follow the opening bracket and end CBC would precede the closing bracket.
