Please tell me if I should use braille symbols from CBC (p55 in CBC) or linear enclosure braille symbols (p67 in Formats) for ‘electronic address’ enclosed in angle brackets found 11 lines from the bottom of the text page attached. Please also tell me where the rule is found.

The grouping symbols (angle brackets) are not part of the web address so would not be done in CBC. If your base code is Nemeth, use the grouping symbols from that Code. If literary is your base code, use the Braille Formats symbols. The begin CBC would follow the opening bracket and end CBC would precede the closing bracket.
