Are answer keys included at the back of a textbook supposed to be included in a braille book?  What about teacher material?  Thank you for your time.

Yes, answer keys should be included. They are usually divided up and placed at the end of the volume to which they apply. So if Chapter 2 is in volume 3, the answer key for Chapter 2 would be at the end of volume 3.

Teacher materials are a bit different - that is usually something that the requestor must specify. Some want the teacher materials included and some don't. It depends on how the book will be used. I suggest you request clarification from the person paying for the transcription.
