arrowhead size

Hi,

Guidelines and Standards for Tactile Graphics, 2010 Section 3.4.3.7 say that two kinds of arrowheads are acceptable: a closed, filled, isosceles triangle attached to the arrow shaft; or an open arrowhead created from two sides of an equilateral triangle, the shaft being 1/8” from the apex of the triangle.

There are no specifics given for the size of the arrowhead. Are there recommendations?
