I am in the process of beginning a book which I do have single digits with the bar direct under. Therefore on my Transcriber’s Note page, will I state Update 2013?
I would like to make sure that I’m reading this rule correctly. Instead of using the five-step modification rule, after the number I am ONLY to use the directly under symbol? Like I would if I had a single digit with a bar over–contracted form.
