There are two other copyright notices; one for the edition of the textbook (separate from the main publisher) and one using a character and title of a children's book throughout the textbook. Should these two copyright notices be included with the main copyright info on the title page or on a supplemental page or omitted?

    Thanks.

Thanks for your patience. I asked for the print title because most of the time these things are figured out according to what they look like. Simple as that. I ran this by someone with expertise in these copyright pages along with my suggestion and it was confirmed. Use just the main 2012 Copyright by Houghton Mifflin, etc because that includes all the rest of them. Generally, the main copyright is the only one listed on the braille title page.
