Determinants as numerators and denominators

Hello,
I have determinants and matrices as numerators and denominators in a fraction. I am using the spatial fraction line with a blank line above and below to satisfy the blank line requirements. Is this correct? If not, please let me know the correct way to format this. Thank you very much.

This is one of those situations where a rule has to be compromised. In order to maintain the structure of the fraction, sacrifice the blank line between the horizontal fraction line and the matrix. If the blank lines are inserted it would lose its meaning as a fraction. Precede and follow the entire expression with a blank line.
