Following BF 2011, is the adjusted left margin for displayed material within directions in cell 3 or cell 5? The examples only show displayed material within the exercises themselves.
The adjusted left margin within directions is cell 5. If you look at Sample 10-4 on page 10-24 you will see the the poem is within the directions. The term directions is a little uninformative for this type of example where the direction to “read the stanza” is continued by the question about the speaker.
I want to make sure: Even in unnumbered/unlettered directions, the adjusted left margin is in cell 5?
