    Since the END OF VOLUME statement is transcriber-generated, should that be in TN indicators if we're following BF 2011? The examples don't show it that way, so it seems to be an unspoken exception.

    I would not necessarily consider it an exception. This is not mentioned in the guidelines, it has never been in the rules. Formats rarely tells us what NOT to do. There are too many things that we need TO do. Items and issues that need to be in transcriber's notes are generally mentioned specifically throughout Formats.
