I am transcribing a math skill textbook. I have attached a page of fractions.

My agency is requiring that we use a full cell to represent the green box.

I am unsure about the use of simple fraction lines and general fraction line.

Would I use a general fraction line for the fraction with the box, along with a general fraction open and closing indicator?
