    In regards to print page numbers in the Front matter, the TOC needs to have its print page number, but all front matter page numbers must be accounted for. How would you handle that if the TOC is print page V, and pages i-iii are just the title page, coptyright page and a blank page. Do we want inclusive page numbers on the TOC (i-v). An example of this is 2-21 in the Braille Formats Codebook. Thank you.

    Yes, show the inclusive page numbers.
