    Hi,

I am transcribing a book from Contracted to Uncontracted from previous files that have tactile pages.

The previous transcriber placed the word "tactile" (in cell one) on the braille page that the tactile will follow (separate swell page). The tactile page also has the same page number as the previous braille page.

Can you please inform me if this is correct? I can't find anything about this in the rule books.

It sounds to me like the person was just putting a "place holder" page in the braille which will be replaced with the actual tactile page once that tactile is produced...but I may be misunderstanding what you are saying.

If that is not the case, please clarify for me.

    Cindi
