Is My Understanding Correct?

I have the acronym, LLC. If my understanding is correct, even though it is an acronym, I should still use the UEB rule 10.9.3 because it does not appear on “The List” and 10.9.3(c) because it begins the word and is not followed by a vowel or a “y” so the Grade 1 indicator is to be used, correct? It’s just strange because without the Grade 1 indicator it would read “LITTLEC” which isn’t really a word. Just wanting to make sure I’m understanding correctly.

The acronym LLC must be preceded by a grade 1 indicator so it is not misread.
