When Nemeth symbols are used in a list is it Nemeth formatting or UEB.  Would this example be formatted in UEB where the entire list is considered or each item in the list?  1-5, 3-5 for first item with subdivisions and 1-3 for remaining items or as UEB 1-5 for all left aligned items and 3- for the subs of item 1?
