Hello. I would like clarification regarding plural abbreviations such as LCMs, CDs, etc. in Nemeth. I cannot seem to find specific example in Nemeth Code that tells how to handle abbreviations with a plural s at the end. I know that in Literary we would use a termination sign when there is no apostrophe before the s. Could you please tell me where I can find definitive information regarding this. Thanks in advance.

Since abbreviations are literary, follow literary rules for transcribing them. You need to terminate the double caps for LCM and CD (also need a letter indicator on the short form CD) and you would do that with the literary termination symbol (dots 6, 3). List this symbol on the special symbols page if required by the literary code.
