Plus and minus signs

With the attached document, please give us guidance as to how to appropriately braille the plus and minus signs using the new formats guidelines without using Nemeth or the Nemeth indicators. Also, please advise us as to where to find the guidelines should a similar situation arise in the near future. We understand there is no Rule 5 anymore. We also recognize Appendix G, General Purpose Symbols yet see no guidelines concerning them.
We appreciate your help in this situation and look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have conferred with Lynnette Taylor on this and she confirms that you can just use the plus or minus sign spaced before the number. The Nemeth indicators and notation are not necessary here because these are just simple positive and negative numbers and calucations are not taking place.
