Preface title format

I would like to know if the title, The Perfect Dog, on the Preface page is a cell 5 heading or a centered heading. It is listed on the Table of Contents as, Preface: The Perfect Dog
Attached is a copy of the Preface page.

Carol,

I would center the heading Preface, leave a blank line, and then center the heading The Perfect Dog. If this is the first page of text, you will also need to have the complete title (and subtitle if one exists) centered. 🙂
