I have a series of seven small separate photos on the same print page in a book, i.e.

Cabot Tower, Signal Hill, St. John’s

    hand-made moccasins from Hopedale

    painted mailbox

    etc.

Can I include all in one TN using punctuation to separate each photo or does each photo need to be listed separately?

[tns]Photos[tne] Cabot Tower, Signal Hill, St. John’s; hand-made moccasins from Hopedale; etc.

    OR

[tns]Photo[tne] Cabot Tower, Signal Hill, St. John’s

    [tns]Photo[tne] hand-made moccasins from Hopedale

    Thank you!

Formats does not directly address this.  My suggestion would be to make your identifier say something like: "Print shows 4 photographs: Cabot Tower, Signal Hill, St. John's; hand-made moccasins from Hopedale; painted mailbox; ..."

By adding in the the number of photos there is no confusion about how many separate photos there are.
