Ratio sign or colon?

Good morning,
Can you look at the ratio of 2:3 by where I have placed the arrow, and let me know if I would use the sign of comparison of ratio (space, dots 5,2, space) or the colon? I am thinking the sign of comparison, but just want to double check.

Yes. I also would use the "is to" comparison sign.
