    Hi

    I would like to know if I am interpreting the rule correctly in 16.2.2 where it states follow print for spacing for print reference marks. I was unsure if that is just referring to the actually text. Usually all examples that I see shows the marks connected to the first word after the note separation line.

     

    These are spaced in print

    Yes, space them as in print - in this case it would be away from the text.
