      10.1.5 General Format
      b. Do not change the wording for directions or exercise
      material.

      Does this mean simple rewording, e.g., changing sentences at the left to sentences below requires a transcriber's note now?

        Yes. It means just what it says. Don't change anything. This is a change from the old formats rules, which did allow for simple rewording. That's gone. So don't do it!
