Stage Directions in Plays – Willie Sitton

I have a question about the following example concerning stage directions. The stage directions are not counted by the line numbers. Are these directions allowed to extend all the way into the right margin or do they need to respect the 2 cell margin before the numbers?

Also are these directions allowed to appear on lines 1 or 25 with braille and/or print page numbers?

No, stage directions may not extend into the right margin in line-numbered material – footnotes are the only thing I can think of that can.

They CAN appear on lines 1 or 25 because they do not carry line numbers.
