In B.F 11.18.1(f) it states “When a column entry has <u>multiple paragraphs</u>, indent the second and following paragraphs two cells to the right of the margin, e.g., 3-3, 5-3.” If I have multiple entries in one row would this be treated the same or does this apply only to paragraphs? My example has three entries in one row, should these all be in 5-5 or do I indent the second and third ones (7-5)?

I’ll assume you are doing stairstep format here.  Each item in this example (referring to the 3 items in “Notation” in the fourth row) would begin in cell 5.
