Should the company name JTI-Macdonald Corp. have a termination indicator prior to the hyphen?

    Hello Pat,
In the Literary Lesson Manual 5th Edition, page 13-5 has the example: NYU-Albany
Double cap NYU - single cap A
    No termination sign is used.

The explanation that is given says: Although a hyphen does not terminate the effect of the double capital indicator, in a case such as this, the single capital indicator tells the reader that the rest of the word is in lower case.

Sorry, I am having difficulty getting the braille font to show correctly so I can not show the actual braille.
    I hope this helps.

    Saralyn
