On a title page, when there is an author's name such as McDougal, which way is it brailled?

(Since I can't seem to type in the message using the SimBraille to show the capital sign, please see the attached file. I also look forward to pointers to improve my Tech skills so I don't have to attach the file next time.)

First of all you need to follow the rules regarding the use of capitals for the author's name on a title page.
Follow the guidelines given in Textbook Formats Rule 2 sect 2c(1)(b)

There are some excellent examples of how to double cap a name such as McDougal, in EBAE on page II-3 Rule II.9.b
Examples of how to single cap names like this, can be found in the Literary Lesson Manual Sect. 7.8
Sorry I can't help you with the simbraille. I am also having difficulty with that.
