Sorry another question on print page numbers in the TOC. If the TOC is pp v-viii, Volume 2 includes the portion on pp vii, would we just use vii and not i-vii.
Also, on the Title pg for Volume 2, how would the pp 3s for the front matter be listed. Thank you

Yes, just use vii because i-vii has already been accounted for in Vol. 1. List on the title page in chronological order. See Ex. 2-12 only use just the vii.
