Hello

 

I have included a snip from the TOC - Can you give some directions on the proper format for the Entry

Notes on Touch, 36 Sound, 44 Smell, 50 and Flavor 86

This is an interesting contents! Here is my suggestion...

Put "Notes on" in cell 1

Then put each of the items with page numbers in cell 3 (with the page numbers going out to the right margin using guide dots).  "and Flavor" would be one "item" so the word "and" would begin in cell 3.

Then put the names that appear under the entry line beginning in cell 5 with all runovers in 7.

There is no rule about this so this is only my suggestion!  It was the only way I could think of to get the page numbers where they need to be 🙂
