UEB Technical – side comments to math problems

Hi,

I have a few questions on the best way to transcribe comments in spatial and fraction problems. I have attached 2 different problems. I have relocated the right side comments to after the problems, but the left hand comments I have kept with the actual problem itself. I am running into a lot of these and they seem to be getting bigger. I have placed the problems in displayed position and some of the fractions I have had to change to a spatial fractions such as the one on  Ask An Expert2 - EXAMPLE 4. Could you please tell me the best way to format these, as I do not believe my way is. Also, On the same Ask An Expert2 - EXAMPLE 4 the final answer, x = 4, how should I line it up?
