When changing a number line from horizontal to vertical, do you pivot the number line up in a counter clockwise manner? In other words, the coordinate labels under the line would be on the right side in ascending order (smallest to greatest). The point labels would then be on the left side. Thank you.

I checked with the graphics experts and found that: the horizontal values would be on the left side of the now-vertical number line; no numeric indicators, and the values right-justified beside the line. The smallest value would be at the bottom.
