Hi Cindi, this rule 8.3.5 d is somewhat under discussion at the moment…I see back in 2017 that you state it was being removed…is there a version of formats available with this removed, or is it listed in errata somewhere? Thanks very much 🙂

Hi again, I should add the paragraph at the bottom of page 3 in UEB Technical states “Usually the best place to break is before a comparison sign”, this says to me that exceptions can be made if they make the expression more clear. I have a contract proofreader who interprets this differently, and since I do training at another organization I’d like to have confirmation. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification that I did that correctly, the print symbol has been in a couple books we’ve previously done at APSEA, and it just came up again. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find an example in braille, so I just made an educated guess. Perhaps it could be added?
