Register Now for the 2026 Professional Development Conference
Each fall, the National Braille Association hosts a three-day professional development conference for braille transcribers, teachers of students with visual impairments, and others involved in braille production. The event brings together professionals from across North America for an engaging program of workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities.
If you work in braille transcription, production, or education, we invite you to join your colleagues this October in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the 2026 Professional Development Conference.
Over three days, attendees will participate in workshops and panel discussions covering a variety of topics, connect with peers during meal functions, and exchange ideas with professionals dedicated to the pursuit of better braille.
If you’ve been waiting to register, the wait is over. Registration for the 2026 Professional Development Conference is now open!
